Dear Students and Parents:

WELCOME to the Patricia Kelbaugh Dance Studio. We hope you will enjoy the dance classes that you will be taking here at the studio. Please take a few moments to look over the Studio Guide. It has important information for your reference pertaining to procedures, parent visitation days, student protocol, dance wear requirements, holidays, and inclement weather policy.

REMINDERS WILL NOT BE SENT when current tuition is due. This is to help keep administrative costs low Please refer to the STUDIO GUIDE for details.

STUDENT’S NAMES are to be put on the front of an envelope with payment check inside. Please also include WHAT THE PAYMENT IS FOR. Frequently parent’s last names are different from the student, or payment comes from grandparents or other relatives with different last names. It gets very confusing, and we want to give you proper credit. Accounts are in the student’s name. Thanks.

NEWSLETTERS will be sent out periodically. A folder is being provided for your convenience to keep all of your notices organized and handy for reference. Also check the bulletin board for special information that did not make the newsletter. It is important that you spend a few minutes reading over both the newsletter and bulletin board as they are our main sources of communication with you during the dance year.
